What is a 毕业率 and what is a 传输速率?
Federal regulations specify how to calculate the graduation and transfer rates. 的 rates come from a study of Alexandria 技术 and 社区学院 students who started at the college in the fall of 2019. 的 study includes all first-time students who enrolled full-time that fall and were seeking to earn a degree, diploma or certificate at the college. 的 毕业率 is the percentage of these students who 毕业 from ATCC within three years. 的 传输速率 is the percentage of these students who did not graduate from ATCC, but instead transferred to another college or university within three years.
